With over twenty years of experience in gaming, Mike has a proven track record of creating and leading teams that release highly successful titles across multiple genres and platforms.
The first studio Mike co-founded and managed developed mobile and web games that were played over three billion times, topping the iOS charts in every country with an App Store.
The second studio he built created a game that enabled global brands to deliver onboarding and communications to their staff in a highly engaging way.
Mike successfully exited both companies, the first to a private investor and the second to a Private Equity-backed SaaS company.
Most recently, Mike spent two years at Team17 as a Lead Producer, working on various Steam and Console titles. During this time, he contributed to several highly successful projects, including Dredge and Blasphemous 2.
Mike’s core competencies include business development, team leadership, project management, licensing, game design, and public speaking.

Outside of work, Mike is a keen golfer and a dedicated Manchester United fan.
