Ramzi is a UK-based Chartered Accountant and an accomplished Finance and Business Leader with over 15 years of experience. His expertise spans all facets of finance and applies to businesses of all sizes, from startups to large corporates. Ramzi is industry-agnostic, with experience ranging from fintech to aerospace and beyond. He has also worked across the Middle East, the United States, and Europe.
As an investor and director in several small businesses, Ramzi’s primary focus is as the Founder of Hexagonal CFO & Finance—a new approach to providing startups and SMEs with the financial expertise and support they need. From accounting and bookkeeping to fundraising, M&A, and fractional CFO services, Hexagonal delivers tailored solutions to help businesses manage cash flow, achieve growth, and drive profitability.
In addition to English, Ramzi speaks Arabic and holds a GCSE in both German and Italian (though don’t expect a coherent conversation!). A husband and father of three, he has an on-and-off relationship with exercise and wellness but a lifelong commitment to Liverpool FC. Balancing work and family life, Ramzi remains dedicated to his profession and is a champion of UK SMEs.
